1. The Archive is responsible for archiving the Artist\u2019s works in accordance with the procedure set out below.<\/p>\n
2. The Archive does not provide financial valuations of works by Oscar Piattella.<\/p>\n
3. The owner of a work believed to be attributable to Oscar Piattella, but which has not already been archived, must complete the expert assessment form, to be requested directly from the Archive, and send it by email to segretario@archiviopiattella.it, providing all personal and tax details, as well as all available data and information concerning the work for which inclusion in the archive is requested, and attaching all related documentation.<\/p>\n
4. The Archivio Oscar Piattella will analyse all data and documents received.<\/p>\n
5. Following this analysis, the Archivio Oscar Piattella may contact the owner of the work or their authorised representative, using the email addresses provided on the above-mentioned form, to request delivery of the work for direct examination by the Artistic Committee, together with any additional documentation required for this purpose.<\/p>\n
6. The Artistic Committee meets at the Archive\u2019s premises on dates communicated from time to time by email to the individuals concerned.<\/p>\n
7. On the agreed date, the owner of the work, or the person authorised to act on their behalf, must deliver the following to the Archive\u2019s premises:<\/p>\n
\u2013 \u20ac50.00 (VAT included) for drawings
\u2013 \u20ac200.00 (VAT included) for sculptures
\u2013 \u20ac300.00 (VAT included) for works on canvas
\u2013 from \u20ac50.00 to \u20ac500.00 (VAT included) for all other types, to be determined<\/p>\n
8. Only works unanimously deemed by the Artistic Committee, following direct and collective examination, to be by Oscar Piattella will be entered into the Archive.<\/p>\n
9. The outcome of the direct examination of the work will be communicated by email from the week following the date of the meeting.<\/p>\n
10. In the event of a positive outcome, the certificate of authenticity bearing the archive number assigned to the work will be issued within 30 days.<\/p>\n
11. In the event of a negative outcome, the rejection of the request to include the work in the Archive will be communicated to the owner by email at the address provided.<\/p>\n
12. Works examined by the Artistic Committee must be collected by the owner, or their authorised representative, after notification of the outcome of the examination, upon invitation by the Archivio Oscar Piattella and on presentation of the receipt issued when the work was delivered.<\/p>\n
13. If the work is not collected despite the invitation, the Archivio Oscar Piattella will arrange for its custody without assuming liability and will charge the owner the costs relating to its storage.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Archive provides collectors with a free verification service for works by Oscar Piattella, provided that they are already registered in the Archive.<\/p>\n
Any change of ownership following examination of the work requires the owner to provide a copy of an identity document and a self-certification establishing ownership.<\/p>\n
Each collector is assigned an archive number followed by a sequential number corresponding to the work.<\/p>\n
